Despite being diagnosed with brain encephalitis at the age of three, which caused her to have a learning disability, she persevered and pursued her dreams.
Despite struggling with reading and writing, she refused to let her disability hold her back. With the support of her family and teachers, who recognized her potential, she worked hard to overcome her difficulties. Through her determination, she completed her education and earned a degree in education. Today, she is a prominent figure in the field, dedicating her life to helping children overcome challenges and achieve success.
Our second director’s journey is characterized by resilience, determination, and an unwavering commitment to her goals. She understands the challenges faced by students with disabilities and is passionate about ensuring that all children have access to the necessary support and resources to succeed.

He has served as the Ex-Chairperson of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) in Khunti, where he exhibited strong leadership qualities and made crucial decisions to safeguard the rights and well-being of children in the region. His dedication and compassion in this role have positively impacted the lives of countless vulnerable children.
Furthermore, Manoj Kumar Rai serves as the Superintendent of a childcare institution in Ramgarh.
